    Has anyone noticed a marked change in health after prolonged use of fads/trendy health products? I remember a couple years ago it was Acai berry. Now it's Chia Seeds and the like. Any success stories? Please share! Lets be healthy!

    Chia seeds will keep you regular, that's for sure. I don't think you can add something to your diet and suddenly be healthy. You have to make more drastic changes. I was a 'healthy' eater and felt like crap. I removed gluten from my diet and stayed away from most processed foods and I feel tons better. I did a lot of reading about it first and have not had any cravings or hunger. Just my 2 cents.
