    I'll tell you what I ate today.

    I made the frittata for lunch that I posted the recipe. I make that all the time.

    And tonight I'm gonna mix some rienzi beans with some del monte diced tomatoes and throw in some cut up steak that I'm making. The beauty is the rienzi beans have like 25mg of sodium and the diced tomatoes have even less.

    EC this is sad but here is a list of stuff I cannot eat.

    1. Red Meat
    2. Bell peppers
    3. Fried foods
    4. anything with cream
    5. Fish oil
    6. Chile peppers
    7. Lettuce
