    Exactly. I am in different moods for different Hendrix's. I can be introspective listening to little wing, raging with machine gun, or stoned listening to 3rd stone from the sun....depends

    Agree w/Chigs & Dough. I get two different
    experiences when listening to 'Machine Gun'
    from the Band of Gypsys album compared to
    'Hey Joe' live in Paris from the box set released
    in the 90's. Lists are so subjective, but are fun
    conversation starters.

    If you ever get a chance, check out the JH area at the RR Hall of Fame in Cleveland; his dad saved a ton of his personal belongings, and many of them are display there.

    Love Jimi, but that list bears very little resemblance to the list I would make, which would vary on any given day, like some of you mentioned.
