where's the question?
there's usually a question
Which one are you looking forward too.
They might have wanted to wait a day before publishing that. Marvel changed a lot of their plans yesterday. Ant Man and Wasp is up next and rumor has it Inhumans has been scrapped.
I don't know--didn't click that link
FUCKING ENOUGH WITH THESE GOD DAMNED MOVIES!!!
No one's forcing you to go. They're better than the 91st remake of an old sitcom.
Comic book movies are ridiculous.
God help us all
Marvel makes 2 movies a year.
It'll be 3 a year in 2 years.
There's 50 other weeks in the year that Marvel doesn't release a movie.
At least they're original.
Everything else is a remake or sequel (to a remake).
Back in the 50's and 60's, they made over a hundred Cowboys and indians or WW2 movies every YEAR.
the only great ones were spiderman & guardians of the galaxy
Cheese on rice, almighty, eight, for the love of s**t?!?! What kind of low rent, rough trade superheroes will they be scraping from the bottom of the barrel in 2030?
Captain America: The Winter Soldier usurps BOTH of them (Cap 1, Avengers, and IRON MAN 1 are top shelf too). It's a masterpiece and the best film of the genre imo. I can watch it over and over and over.
These are all the same movies over and over with few eceptions
Arm, I have heard your love for this film many times on this board, to the point where you try to convice the "Gunkettes" to check it out. But, do you actually think it's better than The Dark Knight? TDK is the best comic book film ever made, IMHO.
I'm a big Chris Nolan fan, but none of his Batman movies are the greatest superhero movies. They aren't even his best work. They are fine as far as the narrative he was telling, but they really do kind of go out of their way to "not" be a comic book movie. That's one thing I will say about the Marvel films at large, some are good, some are not so much, but they really do embrace the fact that they are comic book movies and revel in it. They aren't embarrassed by the source material, which is kind of goofy when you try to dissect it and make it "real world".
I get what you are saying. Batman is the best comic book character to make a series of films that are "grounded in reality". But, which one of Nolan's films is better than The Dark Knight?
