I was cooking for my kids so that's why the super unhealthy meal but oh so delicious. The garlic bread was too garlic-y. Oh well. Fresh baked cancer bread from from the local grocer but baked and shipped from Newark, NJ. I minced the garlic with some coarse sea salt and unsalted butter and evoo and spread it on both halves and wrapped in tin foil and baked for like 15 mins then opened the tinfoil and baked another 5 or 10. I told you it was boring.
