New documents made public today show Patriots head coach "William" (Bill) Belichick, team owner Robert Kraft and former linebacker Brandon Spikes are considered "potential witnesses" for the prosecution in the murder trial of former tight end Aaron Hernandez.

That trial is expected to begin Jan. 9 in superior court in Fall River with jury selection.

The witness list was first given to Hernandez's attorneys on Oct. 31 and was circulated today by the Bristol County Superior Court Clerk's office. The former player's defense team asked a judge last month to cut down the list of 305 potential witnesses, but the request was denied.

The list was sent out today by the DA and it also includes Harold Nash, once listed as the team's conditioning coach; Mike Pouncey, a former teammate at the University of Florida who now plays for the Dolphins.

Spikes now plays for the Buffalo Bills after being let go by the Patriots last year. He was also a teammate with Hernandez in college at Florida.

Is there any way for Brady to get brought up on charges stemming from this? He had to have hid evidence or loaded the gun or some shit...
