Hey, I actually don't have a workout routine, I like to stay a bit soft. I stay active by climbing lots of stair at work and at home, lift a lot of things at work and home, I do some stretches, and a few strengthening exercises to tighten up the backside. I also eat somewhat sensibly, very few overly-processed foods, I'm not into sweets, and I keep the portions small. I'm certain that my non-existent fitness routine is very interesting for me to share with you. On Tonight's Menu: Ham Sandwich & Salad - Black Forest Ham and Homemade Beer Cheese on a Store-Bought Pretzel Bun with a Homemade Tomato and Cucumber Salad on the side... ...and because it almost 70 degrees outside again after two inches of snow was on the ground yesterday, I'll go back to listening to some roots Reggae influence Rocksteady.
