Chriza posted a dip he had a while ago, some stuff he had called Cowboy Caviar. Used 3 avocados in it, along with lots of cilantro, tomatoes, corn ,onions and black beans and black eyed-peas with zesty italian dressing. Make California roll sushi.
If they are not ripe put them in a paper bag and leave them there for a day or two until the skin is soft when pushed in (or when the stem falls off easily) , after it's ripe you can keep it in the fridge for about a week.
You should make a salad. The mexicans call it guacamole
Just make guacamole and be done with it!
