Low card is good for losing fat quick but you really have to fix your diet to have the right amount of protein/carbs/fats for the long run.

You can get to a BF% decrease where low carbs gets to be a problem. Maybe your there and your body is use to it. You might want to start carb cycling where you start the week at low carbs and increase then bring them back down. Keeps your body guessing and the metabolism high.
