Markijuano makes a great flan I hear.
I wish people wouldn't try to be arty with sauce and plate drizzles. Everything looks like bodily fluid on a plate.
The sauce is accumulates in your cooking dish. It kinda pours out when you unmold it.
I have only had one flan ever, but it had a thick black hair in it.
