Looks like a Jack Lemmon movie
If the invader had a gun that never would have happened.
Worst thing he did was record it. Now the guy's going to claim assault and battery while he was trying to commit a crime.
" Your honor, my client was ambushed once he entered the premises "
Dawg quoted me!
Do you think anything isn't a right wing conspiracy ?
that was pretty gay and phoney
That's why you make sure that he never speaks to anyone again. My understanding of Texas law is that you are free to kill someone like that.
Toats. Cameras used for home surveillance don't shoot in portrait mode(and usually aren't wired for sound), and the angle is too low for a camera used for home surveillance which would typically be mounted high on a wall or on a ceiling. My permission for a Cliff Clavin pic is granted.
why was the camera right there?
Yup. Long story longer, a friend had someone break into his apt. Friend beat up the intruder and called the cops. Intruder was arrested, and a few weeks later filed a suit against the friend for assault.
Intruder WON because a jury agreed the beating was " too severe ". Lesson learned..... Dead men tell no tales.
