Where's the pole?
Your stress management routine involves a pole?
I have worked very hard to avoid stress. As a result I look very young, have hardly any wrinkles, and have all my hair. And I have no damn life either.
So avoid stress by avoiding life.
I handle stress poorly... I swear and drink.
...depends on what youre stressing about. is somebody sick or injured or did some facebook fucktard knock over your bike. most things are not worth your time not worth discharging your battery over.
I'm far more likely to overeat when I'm happy and worry-free. I don't get stress-eating. I shut down.

I struggle. And that stresses me out even more
I have calluses the size of peanut M&Ms around the top of my palms.
Just asking questions. I'm looking into lobotomy though.

I'm all about stress eating. Stress drinking, not so much...thank god. I really, really like to drink.
