I am writing a recommendation for somebody and need to give an example of their weakness
tell em they suck balls and have no skills
that should get the conversation started
I'd like for this person to get the job they are extremely nice and a good worker
Excessive flatulence can be harnessed to heat a home for the Winter
tell them the guy cums too fast when you're blowing him

tell them how she refuses to take the easier path to accomplish tasks. even though she could get the task done quicker, she takes the hard way in order to become more accomplished at the steps involved.
hmmm. tell them she gets mad when you nut in her eye.
State what the weakness is, then give examples of what they are doing to over come the weakness.
It will show how they are working to become a better a better person.
What weaknesses does this person actually have? We have to see what we're working with here.
Honestly I don't pay attention to them enough to know. It is a job where if u are good at it there's not much to mess up.

I think the real question from this thread is, who would give a fuck what Topo had to say anyway?
I don't think you do: resumes and recommendations are advertising to get someone onto the short list. every interview i ever had was more about me as a person than my skills. i figure that you taking the time to write a detailed recommendation at all, is the key issue. someone unworthy of consideration would not be to elicit your effort.
When I get them I totally disregard them.
what is her weekness and how are you trying to spin it?
