If you want it to be animated, it will have to be a gif file. I think there are websites that convert video to gif for you, but I don't know of any off the top of my head. Someone else will probably know a lot more than me.

    animated

do you know the movie creepshow? remember leslie nielson being killed by the zombies?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1gXQX6IlxW0

I want 2:01 - 2:04 from that clip as my avatar and maybe just loop it a bit to make it longer - in best resolution possible

I have the video all isolated but just don't know how to make it work here as a gif etc

yea thats what i thought too - i tried a bunch but nothing was working

imovie is so great with editing video but it doesn't really have a simple export to gif - i can export to individual jpegs at different frame rates but then i don't know how to make those into a gif

most sites let you take 4 pics and make them into a gif - i think the sequence i want has almost 80 at 30fps....and the file sizes are still small they aren't huge photos

I use JetAudio to convert them to avi and then load them into gif animator.
Lemme see what I can come up with.

If you have the 3 second clip you want already edited, email it to spazzmatazz@hotmail.com, or upload it somewhere.
It'd make my job a bit easier. :D

Hey Spazz. What gif animator do you use/recommend?
I've been wanting to learn to do that and have done a few small gifs with photoshop, but it's a pain in the ass to work with more than a few frames.

I searched gif animator and came up with several...
Advanced Gif Animator, Easy Gif Animator, Ulead Gif animator...
