A few beers and a couple bowls and I sleep like a baby.
I also use an app on my tablet called "sleepytime" or something. Rain storm number 3, IIRC. Very nice.
No caffeine at all, work out in morning or as early as possible, no sugar in evening, cold room to sleep in, just lie there and do not allow yourself to do anything else.
I have a lovely melatonin and vodka combo every night. Works like a charm.

Love these. There is an iPhone app called Ambience that has a pretty very good replica sound of this called Sleep Machine. Works especially well on an iPad as a replacement when traveling.
A good indica strain = sleepy time. Having to go to a dealer is absolute shit though, so I'll just fuck up my circadian rhythm with melatonin.
