Schmoopy hits the gym all the time and still has very undefined arms.
Currently 3 days lifting, 3 days grappling and boxing, 1 day sprinting, 1 day homo-sex
Gyms are nasty, sweaty germ infested pick-up places.
No thanks...I have a job that requires movement all day.
That's my workout....and I don't have to pay for a membership.
5 days lifting, zero cardio. No homo-sex some chick sex.
rd somewhere that you should life every other day to give your muscle a rest in between. I don't know if it's true or not, but I can't squeeze in a workout more than every other day anyway, so that's what I do.
The best work outs are just moving everyday, even if it's running a sweeper (Schmoopy ) or walking.
I use the French women's technique: Exgaurate every movement of the day to tone and work the muscles.
Even sucking in your stomach while sitting in your car or chair.

You can lift every day you just lift different groups of muscle to give the muscle tissue a day to heal.
Schmoopys arms have all the tone of a cigar box banjo.
But with working with sweepers...he
should have a good build-up by now. Ya think??
Schmoopy has very long arms. That's why he can't lift much weight and his arms remain puny.

3. I have a Mon/Wed/Fri schedule. I workout at home/have my own equipment. No homo-sex.
Too many muscle groups get used with others. For example, hamstring exercises often involve your back...back exercises often involve biceps and shoulders (or vice versa).
I do biceps/back/neck/traps/hamstrings on one day, chest/triceps/shoulders on another and quads/calves on the last day. One day in between each (though I do abs every day I train).
I don't use steroids and never have and when I worked out every day I got burnt out after a while and I just plateaud. I guess everybody has different bio-chemistry, but personally I'd strongly recommend a day of rest/repair between lifting.
messed up my shoulder years ago, haven't touched weights since. jack off a lot tho.
