Form is more important than weight. I thought we already had this discussion?

how much does a large bag of Doritos weigh? I can curl 2 of them, although they lose weight after each curl...
We may have somewhere else. It's my first time posting in this forum. And I have good form when doing mostly anything, that's the most important thing
It depends on the orientation of the weight for me. I can curl much more with the weight perpendicular to the floor than with the weight parallel to the floor. I've never really tried to max out on curling, so I'd guess 60-75 lbs max.
Hard thing to measure...it's so easy to cheat on curls....even with the old school preacher bench or the arnold arm blaster(which i still use) you can wiggle and leverage the action away from the biceps
