I say $10,000. He actually played the whole song, he has guests in the studio who he doesn't even play their new song fully. What a way to start a show. All his fans are now to Howard are way to make money and cash in. In the olddays it was entertainment first, marbles second. Now its marbles first and entertainment 3rd, with his political agenda seconds.

I cant believe I listen his shit show now. But Its like a train wreck, the only time I smile listening to the show now, is when thinking of all you guys as Howards is douching out on us...

Didn't listen, but ZZ Top and ZZZTalkshow host seem like a perfect fit. Neither has been relevant since the 90's.

    New ZZ Top song

This first segment of the morning was obviously paid for, as in --- a commercial. I called in to the show to tell them about the similarities with that and "Long Live Rock and Roll", but my signal was shitty, so I told the guy to tell Fred. (BTW, I think the connection problems is with Sirius, not the phonecallers. My sig was fine 2 minutes later to a call to my brother). The fact that Howchie not only glossed over the other caller's observation, but the insulted him, leads me to this conclusion. He certainly enjoyed when the Zep songs were raked over the coals for ripping off blues musicians. Maybe the Rainbow and ZZ Top songs aren't alike in many parts, but the first dozen notes? Ritchie Blackmore better lawyer up.

Howard Allan Stern is a greedy lazy serial liar!
Assume everything he likes is payola.

The pain of marble addiction is strong

I've listened since '92 & i'm pretty sure Howard has mentioned ZZ Top more, in the last few weeks, than the previous 20yrs put together.

No wonder Bobo gets picked up on all the time. Whenever I've called, I've always gotten thru on the first dial. Been on the air maybe 5 times. Doesn't seem to be too many callers at 5AM CST. No secret trick on my part.

Was it "Consumption"? I've heard that a couple of times and it's not bad.

I love ZZ Top but I agree with Fred. It sounds like Tush updated with different lyrics.

Wasn't it just a little while ago when Howard was goofing on their beards and how old they are? I guess it just takes a few marbles for his opinion to evolve in a matter of weeks or months.
