On Monday's show, after the River's funeral, HS said that after Melissa asked Him to perform the eulogy he spoke to Louie CK on the phone. Why would HS call Louie CK? On the show, Stern made it sound like they just happened to speak, and Stern made no reference to CK helping him with the eulogy prep. However, Stern has never before spoke of Louie CK as a social friend. So, I think Stern reached out to CK to ask for help. "Holy shit Louie! I don't know what I'm doing. You've got to help me write something funny!". This is not a bad idea, why not ask some comics for help? That's all fine. But why won't Stern admit that he got help WRITING the eulogy? Now Only Stern has gotten praise for the words he shared at the eulogy. He's taken credit for it. What other comics did he "talk to" about Joan?
