listening to the reruns....beff was visiting grandma again.....im a lousy grandchild by comparison.....
I see my mawmaw twice a year. She talks a lot!
I vist "Grandma" whenever I'm getting plastic surgery done.
Both of mine died in 1980 but I still visit the graves on Christmas and Easter.
pretty sure the worms haven't left much of her to visit by now anyway
I never visit my Grandma, like Beth I simply visit "a" grandma, doesn't matter who it is, just a woman whose children have children.
not enough :/
Both of mine are dead as well. I would love to think I would see them again one day. Probably not going to happen though.
all my grandparents are dead and i'm younger than beth.
and i've never had cosmetic surgery.
mine too. well my dads mom was. she could curse better than chris rock. i miss that sassy broad.
my moms mom was a real sweetheart. nice to everyone. go to the doctor or the bank teller.. you get a pound of cashews or pistachio nuts
nothing is better than a grandma
beths grandma must be a hoot.....she visits alot...
Why visit when you can show up once with a full assembled camera crew and watch them from home in HD.
My "granny" was an inspiration to me. I used to stay for a month at here house in the country during the summer and we would talk for hours when I was in my early teens. She was a true "Florida Cracker" and took me to her home town (our ancestral home)in North Florida where she was born and my Father was born. Really small town just south of Tallahassee. All of us kids were into music in school and because of her I decided not to drop music after high school and taught myself how to play the guitar. She died in the late 70's when I was 19 or 20. Great lady. She is buried in that town cemetary and I have never been to her grave site but I will go someday soon hopefully.
Heard that. Both my grandmothers are dead. The one who died most recently was a fucking great old broad. The other one was fun, too, but the latest?
Man, she could have fun. I still remember her drinking Old Milwaukee and listening to the police scanner between naps and fishing.
My last grandma died about 7 years ago, on my birthday...
Yes, that SUX - but it's also kind of a cool way to always think of her on that day... she was a real Southern lady, who was an amazing seamstress and cook... she could make homemade buttermilk biscuits and sweet tea that were almost EXACTLY like Cracker Barrel...
All my other grandparents died before I was 15 or so - my MawMaw was the last and longest!
One grandmother died in 1945, the other in 2006. She lived 400 miles away and she the knack for drama. At least I saw her one last time while she was having a good day. (alzeimers)
Wish I could. 3 of my Grandparents died before I was born. I was lucky enough to have a fantastic Gran that lived well into her 90's and died quickly thankfully. I could only see her when I went home to England or when she flew here (she flew till her late 80's and LOVED flying as long as they supplied her whiskey). She bartended at the Legion in Hartlepool once a week until she was 89. Bless her
