    He's given hints that Debra, the middle one who is now in Vietnam, rarely speaks to him. He used to see Ashley once a week during his mandated visitation but that ended last year, it would be interesting to know how much less they see other now.

    I think howard has mentioned a couple of times not receiving a card for Father's Day. I was surprised he admitted that on air since he is always worried about his image.

    but it's a petty, meaningless rebellion until she starts sending the checks back and gets a job.

    ironically that would probably do wonders for her poetry, too......................and by "do wonders" i mean "get her to stop writing it"

    iirc she came back within a month or two.

    Ashley seems like she's at least having some kind of slutty party-girl fun, but the other two seem like completely shipwrecked souls.
