I wanted to throw my pizza in since ive seen some threads with good and not so good home cooking. It can be done folks, practice and time. Get that prep area ready to go. Flour, Cornmeal, Pizza Peel , Dough, Sauce, Toppings Quality Pepperoni, dont ask about other uses with it. Hand toss the dough, I have done home made but this is from a pizza joint in frozen balls for $1.99 a ball. The quality beats my dough so I have been using it lately. Drizzle some olive oil for coloring, and then sauce lightly. Top with locally sourced sausage and quality pepperoni. Cheese is big bag from Costco which for $12 has lasted at least 8 pizzas by now. Get the stone nice and hot 500 degrees for 40 min preheat, and dust with cornmeal. Transfer that pizza in. This gets hard, make sure your peel is doused with meal and flour so the pizza slides off. It gets heavy as you top so sticking can be an issue. I lose a bit of shape but no worries sit tight. Rotate after 5 mins, and let go another 5-7 mins. SHould be done by 12-15 mins total cook time. Slice and serve, we had a little home made ranch on the side. You cant beat the Hidden valley packet mixed with mayo and milk. Best ranch out there. Taste awesome. Dough $2.00 Pepperoni $2 worth Sausage $2 worth Sauce $3.00 can does 4 Pizzas at least. Its from Italy so higher cost involved. Cheese $12 bag does at least 8-10 pizzas So much more efficent and taste better than store bought.
