    It varies widely in its debilitating impact on people, but it's not a good sign when it shows up in your middle 20s. He went through a bit of a douchebag period, but he seemed like a decent guy from what I've heard more recently. Certainly a better bargain than that awful sister of his.

    This one hits home. My mom has MS. It took away her short term memory, her ability to control herself all the time, and she uses a walker. She'll be 58 in November. It sucks. She can't remember shit you say to her. You can literally tell her a joke then 5 minutes later tell her the same joke and she would've heard for the first time, each time. It's very sad to see a loved one go through this. I hope for his sake it's not bad.
