Yesterday Howard was complaining about running again, and how he can't figure out why he looks so shitty, yet runs all the time. He can't be that stupid can he? According to my wife, there are several things that make guys look hot: 1) Nice round, muscular ass. 2) Nice arms - biceps, triceps, forarms. 3) Nice muscular chest. 4) Flatter stomach - doesn't have to be a six pack, but not fat. 5) Full head of hair Howard has one of these, even though we know the wig is fake. Running will not only not improve the above list, but make them worse. He looks like a tall Zola Bud with a big ass pelican nose. He needs to lift weights. You get the above features by power excercising, like lifting weights - heavy weights, low reps. You don't get them by cardio workouts, like running. His ass will always be flat, and his arms and chest will always be small and non-muscular. Now, aside from the fact that he's 60, and it's likely it's way too late to change his appearance anyway, running is definitely not the way to do it. A few years ago, he was bragging that he was a tremendous athelete, and the best athelete in the Stern compound, because he could run 10 miles per day no problem. Being athletic is not just endurance - it's power, and speed then endurance. Atheletes are fast and powerful. Howard has never been an athelete.
