i love how Howard literally micromanaged everything inside the studio and on his show everyday. The mics, the guests, the questions, the conversations they have, everything

Yet we are supposed to be led to believe that when the show ends this guy that makes 80 million a year has zero control over his staff or decisions outside the studio. Does that sound logical on any level to anyone of intelligence. That he would surrender his 80 million dollar a year brand over to whoever? He wouldn't have a contract that explicitly says he complete control over all decisions to his show?

So when he says person X left or got fired and I had nothing to do with it. Really?!

How stupid of Howard , just exemplifies how much he has lost reality to his common fan.

As far as I'm concerned, Howard Stern stopped broadcasting ten years ago. If you are still listening to that show, you need to really sit down with yourself for a good amount of time and really intensely reflect about how you are wasting your life.

Yeah I loved it when Howard would deflect any managerial responsibility when it came to tough decision making (usually with someone in the back office or Artie during his final years) and he would state that he was just an employee of SIRIUS like everyone else and to take it up with Human Resources.

The funny thing is, it sort of works.

Look at the posters here who actually seem to think Marci Turk is somehow more responsible than Howard for the sad state of the show.

I think as long as the recommendations are where Howard wants to be, he approves them, but others execute.

So he's the last word, but still not involved. That's some high-functioning GTD level 99 shit.

The only thing Howard doesn't have control over is his dick when he's watching gay porn.

What do you expect from a slimy slug like him? As far as anyone who still listens to this drivel, the reason can't be that they can't actually enjoy it, l think habit plays into it. Habits are hard to break. I had to stop listening about the time he unabashedly became a star-fucker. I don't care for the likes of Jennifer Aniston or any other of those zero personality stars. Phony is as phony does.

On Anthony Cumia's show, Jackie told a story of wanting more money. He went to Tom with a seemingly modest request. Tom couldn't approve it, and told Jackie he'd have to talk to Don.

    as in Buchwald

So either Howard is under Colonel Don Buchwald's thumb, or Howard has been in control for the last 15 years, if not a lot longer.

I LOVED Riley Martin practically begging the Golden Jew for an extra couple hundred dollars every month and that stork telling him it wasn't his decision. Made for good radio but you knew he wasn't going to part with a dime.
