"Recently Billy Corgan was in here and his record sales shot up into the top 10."

Howard is so fuckin delusional. No wonder he sees a shrink 3x a week.
He's so fucked up in the head. Explains why his daugthers moved to the other side of the world
to get as far away from him as possible.

I believe an interview and performance on his show can significantly increase sales but that hall of fame thing is a stupid thing to say. It's right there with him demanding a bonus for the XM subscribers.

A real comedian should be mocking the very idea of a Rock n Roll 'Hall of Fame', not wishing to be part of it.

Same applies for shit talent shows like the one Howard joined.

If someone shows up on his show to promote something, they are hitting all of the shows. I seriously doubt that any appearance on Howard makes a difference in sales. Its from the other appearances where there are actual viewers/listeners.

By that logic, every DJ who ever interviewed a musician should be in the RRHOF. It's not like he's Alan Freed or Wolfman Jack; he didn't break any ground just by having musicians play live on his show.

Top 10 of what Billboard? Soundscan?

Nowadays I think, any given week, you can sell a couple thousands albums (or maybe it's a couple hundred?) and crack the top 10.....

But Howard, why would the rock and roll HOF even consider you when you do nothing but shit all over your occupational hall of fame?. The radio HOF.
