    It's as if she is trying to eclipse the cuteness of the cat with her sexuality. Unfortunately, she has zero sexuality so the umbra cast onto the cat is from Beeth's complete fucking awkwardness, aka her talent as a modoe. So essentially, Beeth has succeeded, somewhat. No one notices the cat, everyone notices Beeth. Just not for the reasons she intended.
