Howard needs to eat a couple of 14oz ribeye steaks and hit the gym. That pussy almond and 2oz fish diet of his will take forever to build any muscle.
he eats far too little. there are women who would lose weight on what he eats. kind of amazed with all his "smart" friends that none of them ever explained to him that when you eat less than your body needs your body thinks you're starving and will not let you drop weight or build muscles. sometimes in order to lose weight and gain muscle you have to increase your daily caloric intake of the right foods.
