Sounds like Artie has spoken to Howard or someone at the show
"Lishen, I love the guy. It's obvioush".
Radar Online has been ripping me? About what?
It's exactly what I said in another thread.
Howard and Marci Turk are on the outs.
He is starting to realize the damage she helped him do to himself.
Sounds more like Howard sees that he is getting a lot of bad publicity and some of the nice guy image he is creating is starting to fall apart with Artie starting to give more behind the scenes stuff. Looks more like he is afraid that if he continues to fight this feud, stuff that he doesn't want to get out will get out.
He is such a lying bag of shit. Do some homework, asshole.
Thanks for posting.
That's some revisionist history backtracking there.
Howard obviously watched the Trump interview on "60 Minutes" over the weekend.
Some of Howard's "sound bytes" in that clip were almost exactly what Trump used when he was accused of attacking particular media figures too.
Nah! I don't buy that one bit.
Howard just knows Artie is unstable and could let out way too much that Howard doesn't want out there if he continues to make Artie think Howard has completely turned his back on him. He also knows that Artie is like a puppy dog and Howard can treat him like crap all he wants and if he shows him the smallest amount of attention and love that Artie will fall right back into place.
This is self preservation plain and simple. Howard doesn't want Artie to out the person who Howard tanked their career and he doesn't want Artie to continue to peal back the curtain and empower others who have a grudge to start saying things too.
Marci has nothing to worry about.
Give the guy a break, it must be a pain in the ass to talk w/ those chompers in his mouth haha.
If Howard 'loved' Artie so much he would call him, get together with him, invite him over to Chimneyville. Fake insincere bullshit.
Yeah, I don't know how you can claim you love a guy who you haven't spoken to in five years (other than a chance encounter where Howard couldn't avoid him) and ignored every attempt by this person to contact him.
John Stewart was great on the show I never watched. He's one of a kind.
So, if he loves Artie so fucking much, why not have him back on the show for an interview?
He's blaming everyone else but himself. That fuck commented on something he didn't hear, and now he's bitching that its the fault of someone who told him something wrong???
Did Marci Turk approve that response?
Listening to Artie's podcast, he was practically begging Howard to call him. He'd add the disclaimer, 'errr ahh i'm sure this kills any chance we will talk now'.
Howard doesn't have to take Artie back. Just be a fucking human. You'd think those decades of therapy would teach him something.
It was such a Brian Williams-esque explanation...taking zero responsibility at all for anything.
The caller should have asked why Howard doesn't have artie in for a visit. Not that Wiggy would be honest, but....
He's never coming on the show and Gunky is never going to take his call. What does he have to lose in talking about Howard?
I can understand shutting out an addict while they are still using. It can be destructive to everyone in the relationship to continue contact.
But after someone cleans up their act and becomes sober, you reconnect if you really love that person. You support their sobriety. It is clear that Artie is consumed with the lost relationship with Howard and how he was shut out of Howard's life. Howard doesn't have to do dinner with him on a regular basis anymore, but getting together and clearing the air and potentially rekindling some kind of relationship even if it wasn't close to what it was would be the right thing to do.
I sure if Kimmel went on a drug bender, Howard would be flying to the West Coast to help him sober up and be there for him every step of the way during his rehab. The difference is Kimmel is Howard's ticket to Clooney and Aniston. Artie is Howard's ticket to Florentine and Bob Levy.
