During one of last week's two shows Howard said that he was asked to be on the Sirius Board of Directors before he signed his first contract. I am not sure I have ever heard a bigger lie come out of his mouth. The entire Board would have had to vote on and approve that and that topic would have never even been brought up to the Board for discussion let alone approval, for all of the obvious reasons that you are smart enough to figure out on your own. He has gone way off the deep end with his delusional bullshit. I am a bit surprised that no one brought this up here since he said it.

BTW, I hate when he calls himself famous which he does quite often. No one that is famous has to tell everyone he is famous, no one.

He's delusional. One thing he's been right about over the years is that "he's just a dopey radio guy"....and he's a sucker, both figuratively and literally.

Yet another bogus self aggrandizing, unprovable claim... unlike Wonky's photo-less Euro modeling and close to earning a degree claims which have more or less gone away. Regardless, at this point it's even unlikely he'd be allowed into the boardroom to tidy up.

Sirius probably said that he has the body of a board.....like his equine-like bride.

People at that place must HATE him.. If he was successful with his lawsuit, many people would be out of work due to his greed.....

I actually believe this. Large companies and start ups have celebrities on their board of directors all the time. I remember when O.J. Simpson killed his wife, Hertz made a big deal about firing him from their board of directors. Ashton Kutcher is on several board of directors. Lance Armstrong was on Mobli's and Nike's board of directors before his scandal.

If Howard was on Sirius' board, it would be an honorary position for publicity. He wouldn't have any power.

Probably in the opening conversations of the Sirius courtship all sorts of wild promises were being made.

He's likely taking some offhand comment and embellishing the living shit out of it

Like how OJ said that he was Howard's boss

Much like how 600,000 (which was over 1 million but he slowly and gradually whittled it down in his imaginary universe) subscribers became 20 million because of him and him alone.

I'm not sure, but maybe he has stopped going to therapy, because I sure as hell can't believe that a therapist
wouldn't be concerned about his blatant lies and over the top nracissism. I dunno.

...he would just tell the shrink he says those things to keep the show interesting, keep the fans revved up. the problem is he wants to believe he is still in his hay days when he was ranked high during terrestrial radio. his lifestyle is separated from reality because his money insulates him. damn shame hes wasted so much money putting lipstick on that pig beth. :giggle:

I agree. He probably stopped going to the shrink years ago. I wouldn't be surprised if he just has an office rented in some building. He just goes there to read a book on psychiatry, sleep, jerk off or just stare at the walls. It's his "me" time.

Howard would have had lots of roles at Sirius according to all of his tales - doing radio (including some Fridays), programming 3 channels, being a "partner" and also serving as a member of the Board.

Honest Stern is probably not being totally above board again, although in his first contract, Sirius said it would nominate someone designated by him who is "reasonably acceptable" (i.e. not Howard or Don) for election to the board.
