When will he cease to discuss things he knows nothing about?
THis week Howard dropped the wisdom on us that George Martins contribution to the success of the Beatles was way overratted.
Howard stated that the Beatles would have made it without George Martin as their producer...
The newswoman countered with "thats like saying niel armstrong would have made it to the moon without NASA...

Howard, if he talks about it, will just spin it to "See Robin, I'm still relevant as ever, everyone's talking about me." and avoid the whole point of him being wrong.

This is awesome. Howard needs to take a good public spanking right now. God I hope he drops the J bomb in his defense.(J for JUDGE not jew) I'm a Judge Robin, I know what I am speaking about!" Right now I say he tucks tail and either ignores(which he really can't do) or comes out saying he spoke rashly. What I want to see happen though is a full out defense of his statement. That would keep the snowball rolling and really add to it's momentum!

You can't bash the Beatles in radio and not expect a huge backlash.

It's Breakfast With The Beatles, a show that plays on Sunday morning on The Underground Garage channel on Sirius/XM.

That's funny as shit. Wiggy is becoming the Ann Coulter of the radio world. Old, ugly and irrelevant and willing to say ANYTHING to stay in the conversation.

but that's not bashing the beatles. that's bashing their producer. that's just another instance of howard complaining that management does nothing and the talent is responsible for everything good that happens. to howard if he is a success its all due to him but if he fails its all due to the production staff. he's just exposing more of his asshole nature.

I completely zone out whenever Howard starts talking about the Beatles. His gay crush on John Lennon completely distorts his opinions on them. I'm the same age as Howard and I never liked them any better than the other big acts of their time, in fact I've always preferred the Rolling Stones. They've continued to put out good music all these years, I haven't liked anything by an ex-Beatle since they broke up.

As a kid, I preferred The Who over The Stones until I first heard the song Gimme Shelter. It was over (Johnny) from there.

Quit making childish statements just because you don't like somone. Hate her politics or not, she's on tons of TV shows, including regular appearances on Fox, the #1 rated cable news channel, makes dozens of talk radio interview appearances on breaking issues, writes bestselling books almost annually, has a frequently visited website, thousands of twitter followers, and writes a column shown on the Drudge Report, which gets 1B hits a month now. She's in her 40's, not "old", and is anything but "irrelevant". She's scrawny and wasp-ish, but hardly "ugly" in the context of the general population. She's even quite funny at times, but more to the point, she's the epitome of "influential", like it or not. I've checked some of her more outlandish sounding claims independently and they changed my mind. I can't say that for Howard Stern.

Howard is projecting here. In his mind George Martin represents all the program directors that took credit for Howard's success but in this case Howard is very wrong.

Don't forget, we're talking about the same guy that thinks Steve Jobs invented the webcam exclusively for the ipad.
