Granted, it's just an opinion piece from some insignifant celebrity blogger, probably with her own axe to grind - but it's out front there on google and when it comes to possible mainstream women's backlash, big trees from little acorns do often grow. :dontknow:

Howard Stern Continues Woman-Hating Ways With Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears

    May 11, 2012 10:00 AM EDT
New America's Got Talent judge, Howard Stern, proved he hasn't changed one bit. The supposed kinder, gentler Stern continued his woman-hating ways by ragging on rival show judges Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears.

Stern recently appeared on Today with Matt Lauer talking about the controversy surrounding his choice as judge for America's Got Talent. He claims he plans to bring "an honest —and family friendly—point of view to the judge's table." However, there are some people who simply don't believe him. They don't think the shock jock will be able to resist his wicked ways and they could be right.

Stern is already bashing some of the female judge's of rival shows, American Idol and X Factor. As usual, he couldn't resist making low-brow comments meant to demean and belittle the women in question.

Asked what he thought of Spears joining X Factor, Stern at first said he thought it was great. But then he added the following. "Britney still thinks the world is flat. I don't anticipate great opinions from her," Stern joked. "I'll tune in to see what kind of train wreck she is."

He also got a lick or two in for Jennifer Lopez, remarking that Britney would probably mirror the lovely Latina, saying, "Oh, you're so wonderful, you're terrific. You think I can get a perfume endorsement out of this?"

Stern says he doesn't plan on disrupting America's Got Talent, claiming he realizes it isn't the Howard Stern Show. But will the mean-spirited entertainer be able to resist his dark side? A lot of people don't think he can. That includes a major group —The Parent's Television Council. They're already calling for a boycott against the talent competition.

While PTC's opinion carries little weight these days, they aren't alone in their analysis. A lot of parents are re-thinking this show's friendly status. It will be interesting to see who wins out in the in. One way, or the other, the ratings will tell it like it is.

The writer of this story is an idiot. First he calls the PTC a "major group" then he goes on to say they carry little weight. This story seems like more of Buchwald and Co. planted nonsense.
