    I knew an old Italian lady that was just like that. Miserable and made everyone miserable around her. I had to deal with her through a former job. If she wasn't complaining she wasn't talking.

    She played Livia so well...obviously a tremendously talented actress. It's a shame she passed shortly after that (and they had to write her out of the script)...I'm sure she would have liked to see the impressive legacy the show ended up having, and I would have loved to see more episodes of her understated tyranny on the Sopranos.

    Instead we get Howard's tyrannical destruction of his show. And unlike Livia's performance, there isn't much humor in watching that go down.
