He got a bunch of artists to give him some show content filler...for free of course. And the covers aren't really good at all.

Beatles covers are mostly pretentious shit. It is always "let's see how slow I can sing this song to make it sound even more meaningful"

Very few good Beatles covers out there. Joe Cocker comes to mind and I know it's gay and fag but Hanson did a nice version of Don't Let Me Down on the show years back.

I enjoy the amount of unknown indy bands Wig Vomit would normally never listen to they had to resort to to do these.

Every Beatles cover you would ever need is in the Sgt Pepper movie with Peter Frampton and The Bee Gees.

Thank you! It's not like you can't find any Beatles tune you want to listen to any time you want, sung by.... The Beatles.

He's never mentioned Revolver before this nonsense, and found a bunch of no names (OAR), one hit wonders (Living Color, Jewel) and bands that haven't had a hit in 30 years (Cheap Trick) to sing Beatles songs.

This was the dumbest project they've cooked in a long time (and we had to hear him talk about it every day). Can't wait to hear the emails when they are back in 9 weeks.... "Blobbin, everyone loved the Revolver nonsense, they all thought it was revolutionary".

Yeah, George Burns with the epic, "benefit of mr kite". Golden throat-esque

However, EW&F "gotta get you into my life" is phenomenal.
