He only had to drive a couple of blocks in the limo for the AGT gig.
Why the fuck couldn't he do both agt AND the radio show today?
Which one writes him a bigger paycheck?
I'm glad I don't contribute to his ridiculously bloated paycheck.

The wig and makeup takes 4 hours, plus 8 hours for the taping. If he worked on the radio show, it would mean a 17-hour day.

It's a day off from Sirius because of AGT. He's retarded as well as unfunny.

Does that asshole really think Sirius listeners will excuse the fact that he's not on the radio because he's working another job? If anything it pisses me off more - the supposed reason for his his reduced schedule was that he needed more time off.

i think the real reason behind his reduced work schedule at sirius is that they weren't willing to pay him what he demanded so this was a way for him to "save face". he's too proud to admit he took a big pay cut.

Holy shit, that's so obvious, it's genius. I can't believe I haven't heard that interpretation before. I'm not being sarcastic; I'm sure people have offered it but I must have missed it.

i mentioned it on a thread this morning but to be honest i first had that epiphany today.
it's the only way to explain howard getting a second job. i guess the expenses of keeping his bimbo and helping out her felonious father and family are more than we thought.

It makes SO much sense, isabella! Why would he want to "cut down" on his work week that much, and "be thinking about retiring", and yet still sign for 2-3 days per week, all the while loudly proclaiming he would NEVER take a pay cut?

Sirius must have come to him with the much lower offer, and he only agreed if he were allowed to reduce his schedule to keep his hourly rate close to the same... And they had no better ideas (because businesses are generally run by idiots). Thus the strict 10 AM cutoffs and other reductions in service Howard inflicted on subscribers -- he's still pissed about the pay cut, even with the reduced hours.

I created a new thread to discuss your theory at http://www.dawgsaloon.com/showthrea...-Week-Only-Because-Sirius-Demanded-Salary-Cut

I wish Sirius would fire this POS. I've started listening to Opie and Anthony and Ron and Fez. At least they actually put out new shows.
