650 calories for breakfast is completely normal for the average man. Granted I'm sure that breakfast is completely void of nutrition but there's nothing wrong with a grown man consuming 650 calories at a meal.

Howard has no right too be outraged. no one HAS to go to Taco Bell for breakfast. I drive by one every morning on my way to the gym and I seem to have some sort of control. Let gross people be gross if they want.

You answered your own question. Nothing in itself is wrong with consuming 650 calories in the morning, but there is something wrong with consuming 650 calories completely void of nutrition (containing 20 gs of saturated fat and 1500 mgs of sodium) to start your day. I could give a fuck less what anyone does, just don't be the same person crying when you have diabetes and cardiovascular issues out the ass as you get older.

The fuckhead ought to be outraged over the state of his shitty show before he worries about a friggin' Taco Bell breakfast menu.

He's so thin now I doubt if he consumes more than 1,000 a day. He's going to have health problems soon. Most 60 year old men aren't anorexic. It's hard on the body.

A typical breakfast (bacon, eggs, hash browns and toast) is about 600 calories so that Taco Bell breakfast is nothing out of the norm... the real problem is the 60 year old wanna be teenager commenting on it.

    A couple things:

-There is nothing worse than a reformed junk food eater. Up until Howard's 40s or so, Howard had as bad of a diet as most people. He would eat KFC and other bad fast food. Now that he eats "healthy" and no meat other than fish, he looks down at anyone who doesn't follow a diet similar to his and he has to preach his diet as if he is some kind of expert.

    - From the looks of Howard, his diet is not much better than someone who eats at Taco Bell. He looks undernourished rather than malnourished. He doesn't seem to be getting enough nutrition and calories in his diet. He brags about his shits floating, but that is usually a sign of a poor diet either because you have too much fat in your diet or another issue with your body not absorbing nutrients that are going into your body.

Having a Taco Bell breakfast every once and a while won't kill you. Any bad food in moderation and on occasion is not a bad thing.

Good post. Floating stools can also indicate a fatty liver or pancreas issue.

He doesn't forget the cigarettes part. I think his rewriting of history has him smoke a carton a day at this point.

Many people that WORK HARD can easily burn up calories & fat without incident.
In your case... instead of "driving by" if you were to RUN (from Home) to gym, you would have completed your aerobic exercise/warmup and would be ready to "workout"

    a 180 lb person running 4 miles
    Distance: 4 miles
    Duration:0:40:00
    Pace:10:00 / mile
    Calories Burned:545
    Calorie Burn Rates:
    136.13 / mile
    816.8 / hour
    13.61/ minute

    Compare:
Howard Sitting Burns 34 calories per Hour 272 calories burned in an 8 hour shift (136 calories in 4 hours 6am-10am)
    Vs
a construction Worker at 476 Calories per Hour 3,808 calories burned in 8 hour shift

I am a pretty bad example. I am in good shape...but I am in the gym 6 days a week & run 25+ miles a week, also. I was referring to the average American.. Nonetheless, Do you even lift bro? A 4 mile warmup? So a 4 miles run prior to a serious workout? I'd lose half of my lifts from doing that as opposed to a brisk .5-1 mile warmup, stretching, working out, then doing whatever cardio I feel like doing after my workout. but to each his own, I guess.

I get your point, though. 20 gs is a little high, lets say 12. 12 gs of saturated fat is 67% of your daily recommended intake. I guess if you were to eat better from then on, it isn't a big deal. I'd like to know the statistics of how many people start their day with taco bell breakfast then go on to eat a vegetable rich, low fat diet the remainder of their day.

Technically, you are right. You could burn off whatever gross shit you put in your body if you are active. But if you have a Ferrari, are you going to fill it with regular? If you are running 4 miles and power lifting 6 days a week religiously, or you burn 3,800 calories in 8 hours at your job, why in fuck would you put that crap in your body anyways? There is no way that i'd perform as well as I do in the gym as I do with my lean, high protein breakfast if I was eating Taco Bell for breakfast. There is literally 0 nutrients in those breakfasts and you are justifying by saying you can burn it off without incident if you run 4 miles.

I am kind of going on a tangent here. I just don't understand how working hard makes Taco Bell a smarter choice of breakfast. I guess eating like shit is justifiable if you're physically active to some people. If you work hard, whether it be at your job or through exercise, you should be giving your body the proper nutrients in order to deal with your strenuous activity. not eat shit and say, oh its cool, im active.

like everything howard talks about on the show, he is clueless.

or as Pat Cooper would say "Howard is a genius in his own mind."
