Yep Howard, you're just an employee
I was listening to a show from 2009 where Howard was pissed that he "introduced" Rosie O'Donnell to Sirius and believed she should be on the Howard channels, but Scott Greenstein decided to put her on the Starz channel.

"I'll say this Robin. I wouldn't let him around any kids. That's all I'll say."
lolllololol nice one pilot!
Howard wanted to talk to Ross Zapin about the lack of promotion for Rosie's new show and Ross hid from the mic.
Howard felt he could have promoted Rosie's show by going on Letterman or playing the media with the whole Howard/Rosie controversy. Instead, Howard found out about her signing by a Lisa G news report.
Remember Scott's Bar Mitzvah?

well that's all for now!
Like Sirius said in the lawsuite.
Howard is not a partner. He is not even an employee. Howard just license his content to Sirius.
They also pointed out that Howard sold every single share he got in bonus directly when he got them.
