will not contain the word prayers.
But it will contain lots of "me" and "I".
"He was always a great guest on my show, and I remember the time when I was talking to David and he said I was the greatest broadcaster ever."
The proverbial hug and knife in the back eulogy he gives everyone!
Stern was mentioned in all Brenner press. David has barely been on the Stern show this century. Sternthology played a 1991 Brenner segment.....
In typical Revolutionary fashion someone is dead, buried, and old news by the time Wiggy weighs in.
Howard 100 News reported that Howard did tweet out a message in memorium that read someithing like " Keep David in your thoughts." I don't know why but it just annoys me that he can't throw in the word prayers.
I forgot....must have been a huge photo op for the equine community!
Why would he? He's not religious.
He isn't until the tribe is being bad mouthed. Then He becomes super Jew.
Robin, David requested that the last thing he heard was my guitar playing at his bedside.
Some slimy rat gave Harvey an almost scoop.
Brenner was probably dead when TMZ reported he was on his deathbed.
Howards tweet is about the TMZ story and not the death that was reported a few hours later.
Howard100 news asking stern staff and superfans to comment on Brenners death is pathetic predicable stern shit filler.
David was always very complimentary of my rock star hair, Robin. I'll always remember that about him.
Until something effected him personally and then he went to temple with Sandra Bernhardt to beg God to prevent something that would throw a wrench in his life and make it more difficult. #selfishstern
I am not at all religious, I am agnostic. The only time I will ever "talk to 'God'" is when a very good friend or family member, who does believe in God, asks me to say a prayer. I do it out of respect for my friend or family member, not because I actually think there is a "god" listening. I never pray for myself because I don't believe in it. I think Stern probably prayed for a similar reason.
Someone making a sappy request on the Internet for me to keep someone in my prayers.... fuhgetaboutit.
Two hands working can do more than a million clasped in prayer.
This may be the most hypocritical statement ever written.
If one does not believe in Yahweh Sabaoth, Lord of Armies - but wants to placate or soothe a family member that does, why is there an issue in acting like you are praying?
If would be hypocritical to believe in a god and pray to another.
A true agnostic would not set aside their beliefs and pray for something they truly don't believe in. If you had a Muslim friend would you pray with sincerity to Mohammed that he or she transcends to the Muslim heaven and receives all that it is promised to a sincere muslim upon death? Would you even know what a true Muslim is promised to receive upon death?
So maybe that shit guitar playing and horrible attempt at singing killed Brenner as fast as it kills the show ?
