From Marks Friggin: "Howard took a call from a guy who said he saw that Howard lost his appeal with the lawsuit. Howard said he did. He said he's at the end of the road now. He said he has lost and that's the end of the road. He said he's sick over it. Howard said he's literally sick. Howard said he feels it coming on. He said he has a scratchy throat and he's going into a full on cold situation. He said he might have to take on Robin's philosophy and do whatever she does. Robin said she's not sure about that. Howard asked Jason to bring in some hot water for his throat. Howard said it wasn't cheap to file an appeal. He said he joined up there at Sirius because he was made a partner. He said he was getting paid on how many subscribers they had. He said he felt he was owed money when they merged. He said they threw his first case out and then he appealed and that was thrown out too. Howard said he thinks that the judges just didn't want him making more money than he's making. Howard said he has 2 more years there and then he's going to go off and develop another company. He said he's going to be careful about the wording of his next contract. He said he's going to do his best for two more years there and then it's upwards and onwards. Howard said the contract said something about a merger but that was for a different payment. Howard said the wording for the merger was just in case XM took them over and threw them out of there. Howard said he ended up getting defeated. Howard said he saw that some of the senior members there took out millions and they didn't do a fucking thing there. Howard said he has lost and he has to be a good sport. He said he has to go with what the court says. He said his ass is grass. Howard said once you have to rely on a guy whose eyes are popping out of his head because of what he earns then you're in trouble. The caller said that this is the same system that took more than six months to okay the merger. Howard said it took a lot longer than that. The caller said that the company is SiriusXM and not XM Sirius. Howard said the company takes money from the same pot and all he was asking for was a day in court. He said he got whipped as bad as he could get whipped. He said he got it in summary judgment. Robin said she's shocked at what does get to go through. Howard said he just has to move on in his life. He said he's bitter but he'll put a smile on his face and move on. He said it's all fake anyway. He said he's putting on a face. He said he was cursed with this face he has. Robin told him to stop it. Howard said he has to shoot his hideous face with angles that are like trying to land on the moon. He said he posted a picture of his feet on Twitter over the weekend because that's his only good feature. Howard said he's so sorry he signed up for a second season of America's Got Talent. He said they say it's only 31 days but it's going on and on. He said he's not sure what the other judges do but god bless them. He said he's just a guy who gets worn out easy. He said on Monday they had them on the Today show and then working until 10 at night. He said he has to go to Los Angeles on Friday. He said he never gets a vacation. He's working while he's off. He said he thought it was going to be fun but it's not. He said they have new producers there and they have new energy that he just doesn't have. He said he's just a judge. Howard said he doesn't want to banter. He said Howie likes that so let him do it all he wants with Heidi and Mel B. Howard said he's just a judge. Howard said he doesn't like talking to the press but they have him talking to them for two hours at a time. Howard said they ask the same questions over and over. Robin said it's too many shows and too many outlets. Howard said he's sick over the whole thing. He said he doesn't know what he's going to do. Howard said he's just stressed from the lawsuit and work. He said that next time he signs a contract he's going to have every single thing written out. Robin said when you see things like this you know why the rich get richer. Robin said the execs gave themselves 5 cent stock. Howard said that he had his Oprah moment and then the court took it away from him. Howard said that's enough of the lawsuit because if you bring it up it's going to make him nuts. Howard said that's his statement sand that's it. The caller said that Oprah knows how to make a deal. Howard said she knows how to get it done. Howard said he just farted. He said he's farting, coughing and he's just agitated. Howard said he's so busy plotting and planning his show and the executives there are managing people. He said they could throw out the rest of the gang there and no one would notice. He said there are executives making $275 million and $30 million there. He said something is wrong there." AND (Wrap Up Show - Howard's Bad Day) "Jon took a call from a guy who said that the show is filled with a bunch of lies. He said Howard complains about AGT but he knows he loves the show. He said what we want is the truth. He said Howard isn't honest anymore. Gary said Howard doesn't love it today but maybe he will love it tomorrow. The caller said Howard makes things up. The caller refused to accept that. The caller said that Robin should admit that she's a lesbian too. Gary said that's just not true. Jon said that's Robin's story to tell. The caller said that Robin is a girl lover. He said they have to get back to being honest on the show. Gary said this guy just wants his conspiracy theories to be true. The caller said he just thinks the stories aren't truthful. He said they say what they think the audience wants to hear. He said it's not honesty anymore. The caller said that Jon just said that Howard does what the audience wants. The caller and the guys went back and forth talking about that for a couple of minutes. Jon said all he was saying was that Howard is always himself. They went to break a short time later."
