That Globe article said Howard's 2010 deal was worth $400 million. His first Sirius contract was worth reportedly $500 million. He's making $15 million a year from AGT times 2 years is another $30 million.

That's $930 million dollars earned not counting his 25 year terrestrial radio career. All total Howard has earned over a BILLION dollars.

Now of course a huge chunk goes to taxes, paying the Sirius crew, his ex wife, and to his agent but damn Howard has to be worth north of 500 million.

His agent is paid on top of what Howard gets. It doesn't come out of his pocket.

He isn't getting $15 million a year from AGT, the only person spreading that shit is his people. Britney was getting $15m on the flag ship show and she's 40 times the celeb stork is, even Demi Lovato is bigger

It doesn't work that way. Howard pays his agent not Sirius. The Miami Heat doesn't pay Lebron's agent, Lebron does.

According to the contract that was submitted by Sirius for the lawsuit , they paid the agent fees on in addition to what they paid Howard.

Regardless of his net worth, anyone who can pay $52,000,000 cash for a house is loaded.

How much money would it take to get some effort out of you?

That's a good point. I don't begrudge Howard for having that much money. If I had the opportunity to make it I certainly wouldn't turn it down. I just don't appreciate that he seemed to turn his back on the fans who made it possible for him to earn it in the first place.

I feel the same way, I could care less how much money someone has. But when it's all that matters to them and they lie, steal and manipulate to get it then it's another story. As soon as Howard can't get another penny out of someone, they're dead to him, and he moves on to his next scam. I would never be surprised if I found out Howard ended up in legal trouble or prison for his behavior. In my mind he's a crook and a scam artist and he's either been fortunate enough to not get caught or the people he screwed over were too small or not smart enough to do anything about it.

I wish any of you had money.

If you did, you'd be evil.

Howard is just an entertainer. He's still entertaining for over 30 years, what the fuck else do you want?

    You are Correct Sir.

The lawsuit was filed by One Twelve, Inc and Don Buchwald. Previous stock awards were issued to One Twelve, Inc. and Chipombe LLC, Buchwald's company.

Stern and Buchwald are sitting pretty

He may have escaped scrutiny by the FCC, but Howard Stern now has to deal with the SEC. We're betting he doesn't mind. Sirius Satellite Radio has delivered the 34 million plus shares it owed Stern and his long-time agent, Don Buchwald, because Sirius exceeded subscriber targets for 2005 after signing Stern (1/6/06 RBR #4). The shares have now been registered with the SEC so that Stern and Buchwald may, if they wish, sell all or part of them. Because of the filing, we know the exact split of the booty. One Twelve Inc., owned by Stern, got 31,125,000 shares, worth 204.5 million bucks at Monday's closing price. Chipombe LLC, owned by Buchwald, got 3,125,000 shares, worth just over 20 million.
