Certainly would be interesting, but I dont think they'll allow her to do the show over the phone from her apartment.

this. although i love robin i can honestly say i don't give a shit about anything that has to do with agt.

and isn't it vile of howard to be dancing on sharon's grave while negotiations with her and nbc are still occurring?
howard not so clandestinely is sabotaging sharon.

Yeah, she can't make into the studio everyday (well, three days anyway) even though she lives in the city, but she'll have no problem making it out to Newark?

I have my doubts Howard ever suggested Robin anyway. I don't think he likes sharing the limelight with anyone on that show. He probably just told her that to sound like he's got her back. However, if it Robin were to get the gig the radio show would become 95% AGT promotion. You guys think its unbearable now? Oofah!

Howard is "exhausted"....hasn't he only done the morning show & Agt about 5 times? If even?

Typical Howard; said he would come in and realize that it's not his show, he'd just be a team player. He's trying to use what clout he thinks he has to replace the entire on air cast.

Howie and Sharon had glowing things to say about him joining the judges table. They should have watched their backs....it's Howard after all.

I'd bet they wouldn't ask him back if they didn't invest so much money moving the Show to New Jersey. He must see that they are trying to take the show back from being the Howard Stern Show....less commercial time, not listed in the guide....Howie now doing the segment of recruiting new acts for next year. Dear lawd that man has hutzpah.

That show needs a hot young chick to be a judge.

    Not a 60-year-old woman.

Simon Cowell's other show, The X Factor, has a judge who's approximately 40 years younger than Robin -- Demi Lovato turned 20 this week.

AGT suffers from having three judges of the same generation who grew up at the exact same time.

    Howard was born in 1954.
    Sharon was born in 1952.
    Howie was born in 1955.

    They desperately need generational diversity.

Could be maybe Stern is planing a squeeze play. If they did hire Robin, Howie M. might just have a big enough hissy fit to leave the show too. Then Howard would have more leverage and insist they replace Howie with Fred...or worse, Beth!

Another problem with AGT is that Howard gets along too well with his fellow judges.

There isn't any tension -- and when Howard desperately tries to create tension, it comes off as desperate.

Howard doesn't need a friend on the judging table, he needs an enemy.

A hot young chick that would make Howard feel uncomfortable would be perfect.

I'm not a fan of any of these shows, ashamed that I know so much and am calling it AGT.

However, whilst I don't particulary think Britney Spears has an ounce of singing talent, I can't wait to see the ratings when someone young and RELEVANT who doesn't say she pisses on her fans competes as a Judge against heavy competition such as the new fall line up of shows vs. test patterns and repeats.

I'm hoping the ratings go through the roof for Xfactor.....even Howard will have a hard time spinning that one.

Maybe he can have them hire Fred too so he can sit there and do nothing.
