My trusty old Oral-B $20 electric toothbrush started dying on me so I finally jumped the gun and ordered a Philips Sonicare Flexcare+ off the internet. I couldn't believe I blew 140 bucks on a fucking toothbrush. I was pissed at myself an hour after placing the order for being ridiculous. I got it in the mail today and man I wish I had gotten one sooner. It's so friggin' awesome. It literally feels like my dentist just cleaned my teeth after using it and my gums didn't feel irritated. My teeth are fuckin' POLISHED, nigga!

Never thought I'd say this but it's worth the big sum of money, every penny. Love it! :cheer:

Those things are awesome. I switched about 7 months ago and at my last exam/cleaning they had almost nothing to do.

I put the brush head on it, it's not like I apply the metal pin coming from the unit right on my teeth.

Yeah, the SonicCare toothbrush is, hands down, the best electric toothbrush on the market. After you use it for awhile, you'll feel like ordinary toothbrushes don't get your teeth clean at all.

    you need to floss too!

Don't be lulled into a passive routine that does not include flossing!

Meh. There's fluoride in the toothpaste. I need the Listerine (Fresh Burst flavor, BTW) to fumigate. :jj:

believe it or not. Dentist recommend flossing after you brush. Why? So you can slide some of the cavity protecting fluoride in between teh teeth and gums.

:jj: Fumigate. I broke a tooth last year leading to a root canal and crown. I'm now following every damn instruction the dentist gives me so I never have to deal with that again. So I'm using that flouride shit, floss, waterpik, pre-brush rinse the whole thing

you are fucked. the damage is done. Your partying and neglectful ways of your youth have left you with a decaying mouth of potholed enamel nuggets.
