    Evening there,

Pretty boring day. I seem to come by those a lot these days. Oh well, things could be much, much worse.

    On Tonight's Menu:

Fried Rice - Fried Brown Rice with Marinaded, Fried Tofu, Peas, and a Sunny-Side Up Egg and Sriracha Hot Sauce on the side...

and a song by a British Electronic Duo named Grasscut that may not be to everyone's liking, but oh well, I didn't get where I am today by listening to Bon Jovi. The track is "The Tin Man":

Feel free to talk about you food and music. I'll be here for a while and drinking lots of beer(lots for me anyways), so I'll probably start listening to less serious stuff by then like some Steel Panther or something like that.

Hope all is well in Dawg Heaven! :toptip:

Thank you :toptip: and thank you! :toptip:

The key to a good fried rice is to make the rice ahead of time and refrigerate it, then fry it in the oil. It doesn't come out mushy if you do it that way.

My day was definitely not boring. At the end of the day, a few kids decided to mutiny. It was a shitshow.

Having stir fry tonite. The Rice is currently steaming. I believe it is brown, but the girlfriend is doing dinner, so I am none the wiser.

Gotye ( pronounced Go-ti-yay): Really cool indie pop. I noticed he is playing Denver in April and the show is already sold out. Im out of the loop. Havent heard of him until today

His voice reminds me of someone.... a mixture of Phil Collins or Peter Gabriel.
    I love this video

    Hello, sir! :toptip:

Sriracha is the shit. I love dumping a bunch of it into some cold sesame noodles. So good.

I though Canada was full of AZNs, I'm surprised you've never had it. Its great if prepared correctly.

I don't know how you do it, I certainly couldn't.

    Yeah, he's awesome.

Nerd turned me on to him a while back, great voice, kinda sounds a bit like Peter Gabriel mixed with Sting IMO.

The video is pretty lame though.

You need to go to a Chinese restaurant(not one of those fast food Panda Express-type deals)and try Ma Po Tofu.

Sriracha. Yeah its pretty popular these days they even have cookbooks written about it and stuff.

I've been cooking with it/using it since the late 1990's, so all those other people are just enormous poseurs. :c
