I like to put buffalo wing sauce and bleu cheese on my burger. Not sure that qualifies as a recipe but try it.

Yeah. Leave the lid up so the meat stays red and gets crispy. Grey and mushy is no way to eat a burger.

Chicken is on sale this week.

I find that cooking one wing at a time creates maximum grill time.

I'm barely more than a rookie w/ a grill, but these are my faves:

Get a London Broil at a good butcher shop. Lightly dust it w/ Montreal Steak Seasoning. I try to cook it medium, cause pink and warm is what I like to eat.

For Boneless Pork Chops, I love Stubbs Pork Marinade. Let em soak a while, then when you put them on the grill, baste em. When the juice looks about dry or gelled, then turn em. Repeat till they are done.

Make sure you lube up the grill if you cooking chicken on it. Otherwise you have chunks burned on to the grate, and it ruins the presentation when you put it on the plate.

At Sam's Club they have a nice, big Apple Wood Bacon Covered Pork Loin. http://www.samsclub.com/sams/shop/product.jsp?productId=prod1480510&navAction= Gotta put some foil on the grill, or else the bits of bacon gonna fall off in to it.

Sam's also has a Southwestern Marinated Turkey Tenderloins that I like to grill up and use in Fajitas.

Delmonico's 1837 Marinade was great on some beef kebabs.

I found that Burgers are better on a cast iron flat griddle than on the grill....leaves a nicer crust....

Depends what it is...if your grilling a 2 pound bone in rib-eye its almost impossible to find the temp. inside the beef without a thermometer....

It's a good thing your apartment complex doesn't allow you to have a grill.
