Check out these Psycho Extreme Push-ups"
Love to hear how it goes. I downloaded it and only did one exercise and said fuck it.
I want to hear how it goes too. I'm interested by his claims of no impact.
well sure: if you do pushups on those you will probably continue with the plan.
I'm a big yoga enthusiast. I've been doing it 6 or 7 years. Never done DDP yoga, though.
I love the feeling I get from a Yoga workout, but I hate all the "clear your mind" "ohms" "suck in your belly and hold it" and those tongue exercises.... types of bullshit.
I know, I know... they have some purpose, I get it. It's just not for me.
I always thought that lion pose was excessive.
Has he called you yet? I watched a doc where he calls people who buys his DVDs.
Yeah, I'm with you on that. Last week in yoga, the instructor had us doing some breathing exercise where you breath in and out through 1 nostril while closing the other nostril. That shit's stupid.
Not yet, but he did send me this link to personally thank me for ordering
Review from Men's Journal:
It would be easy to laugh the whole thing off as just another gimmick (we almost did), but after six months of working our way through the DVD sets, there's no denying our core is noticeably stronger, our joints and lower back have come back from the dead, and our flexibility and balance allow us to contort and squat to an almost embarrassing degree. Quite literally we no longer start our day without it. And if you're already in shape and think this program has nothing to offer, pop in the Double Black Diamond, or the aptly named Psycho Extreme Workout, and prepare to get embarrassed. You'll never laugh at yoga (or whatever this is) again. [From $70; ddpyoga.com]

I googled some of the reviews to see what the posters say. Most all were very positive although they seemed to want to add that its not cardio enough. I wonder if they miss the point though because from what I can tell extremely toned is better than extremely cardio.
