First day was really insane, I was having trouble concentrating, thinking straight, and when I'd get up from a seated position, I'd get extremely light headed. I was also very hungry, but it went alright I guess - but I did feel VERY weak. Next day started somewhat the same, but halfway through, I suddenly felt very energetic, and the hunger feeling lifted. It was actually a really weird feeling because I really didn't feel hungry at all anymore, and I was able to go for a really long run (although I got tired quite fast). problem?
