Not on purpose. But I feel bad about it.
What a terrible feeling.
i do that all the time
people should wear signs
see? nobody's asking that dude for directions
I think they were headed to their kid's basketball game and now they will be late.
most likely black and were going to be late anyway
can't be blaek; said "they"
They should have a modern phone with GPS. Fuck 'em!
Were you asked how to get to Carnegie Hall?
I used to work in a 60 floor building and one time a guy was running and asking me to hold the lift... I was alone in the lift, so I reached over and pressed the "door close" button. Just as the doors closed (dude was still 10 feet away) I said "HA HA!" in the Nelson voice.
Then the door opened when someone pressed the elevator call button.
It was uncomfortable.
Moral of the story is don't be a dick when you think you're going to get away with it, because it doesn't always work out this way.
Maybe the guy you gave wrong directions to was an ER doc in an unfamiliar part of town on his way to treat a car crash victim. And maybe that victim is your mom.
And it's all your fault.
It was a white lady in her fifties
It wasn't on purpose. I gave the wrong street name.
Turn left at Luxembourg.
