What is your definition of a burrito? Is it deep fried or more like a cylindrical taco?

Seasoned ground Beef (drained & rinsed), Vegetarian Refried Beans, raw onions, raw tomatoes, touch of Cilantro, extra sharp Cheddar Cheese, Salsa. All wrapped in a non-fried flour tortilla.

    Cheap, healthy, and delicious.

Rinsed meat? Doesn't that wash all the spices off?

Just got to wrap it up!

Mine has seasoned steak (chili powder/talapio/lime), refried beans, shredded mexican 4 cheese, salsa, avocado, sour cream, jaepenos...topped with some more talapio.

    Yours sounds good too. :buffet:

I drain & rinse the meat, and then throw it back in the pan & season it with chili powder, paprika, salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and a touch of sugar. I then throw in about a 1/4 cup of water & let simmer for about 5 minutes..

    love the Talapio.

I love the steak too, but I can never seem to make it properly. It always winds up as tough as an old shoe

Get a Flat Iron steak and just grill or broil till med rare, season as you like...slice thin. Lime is key.
