Dave, instead of talking about your sideways jagged poop, hows about you tell me how you successfully quit smoking with the use of an e-cig?
They have that new quitting smoking ad on TV where the guy says he tried multiple times quitting, but then some drug helped him. Yeah, fuck that shit.
Not an E-Cigarette, an E-Cigar. It needs to hit like a cigarette, that is the whole trick, replacing the cigarette with something that FEELS like a cigarette.
Then get the 24mg level of Nicotine, which is the highest level that you can get, and puff away like a madman. Where ever, when ever. I found out pretty quick that really all I needed was a couple of quick puffs on it, and I was on my way, not sitting there for a full 10-15 minutes smoking a cigarette. Again, I found that to be the case naturally.
Then drop down the Nicotine after a few weeks down to 18mg (it comes it 6mg steps), and keep on keeping on. If you notice a difference, which you probably won't, go back to the 24mg for as long as you need.
If 18 works, keep on it for a month or so, then drop it down to 12mg, and again, keep on keeping on. Go crazy with it.
After another month, if you're cool with the 12mg, then go with 6mg. I did the 6mg for only a couple of weeks, because I was all, "If I can do this on 6mg, what happens if I go to zero mg?", and I tried that out, and kept on smoking.
Then one day, I'm was all "Why am I still smoking zero mg of Nicotine, do I really need this thing anymore?", and just kind of stopped using it.
The whole time, it felt like I was using a real cigarette, as in it felt like I was taking a pull on a real cigarette, of which I smoked the equivalent of Marlboro Reds or Camel Filters, I smoked American Spirit Blues. Strong cigarettes.
Not an e-cigarette, and e-cigar. I used the Itaze, which had a variable temp setting and shit. I also just used a tank that you'd fill up with the nicotine fluid, vice the kind where it appears you put it on cotton. Those seem to produce an even bigger vapor cloud. All I can recommend to you would be the Tank, which is what I used.
Shit saved my life.
