    Every time I turn on my laptop, I am being asked to update Adobe. I update it one day, and two days later It's suggesting another. So yeah...

    You shouldn't run Flash unless you realllllly need it, and if so, you should install a script block like NoScript for Mozilla and ScriptSafe for Chrome.
